Return Policy

You have the right to return the products you bought and request replacement or return of value (by depositing in your bank account), since the nature of clothing and footwear is such that sometimes they may not meet your expectations due to their unnatural presence at the time of purchase.

Return of Non-Defective Products

Our belief is that the online store should not be any different from a physical store. So whether the return is due to a change in size, color or for any reason such as because you were not happy with your product, the return is possible within 15 working days from the day of receipt.

If the return is not made within 15 working days then the Aelia Concept Store may not accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction.

We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.

In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Ap. Retail, Bill of Lading, etc.).

Return costs are borne by the sender.

Briefly, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:

  1. contact us first by phone or send an email to aeliaconceprtstore@gmail.com justifying the reason for the return

  2. the return must be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the order

  3. the product has not been used

  4. the product must be packed in its original packaging and accompanied by all its labels

If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender.

Return of Defective Products

In cases where, through proven fault of Aelia Concept Sore, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then she takes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost (in which case she will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account that will be indicated to her), as well as the remittance costs.

The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
